Documentation for your purchasing team
Request product specifications, batch analysis reports where relevant, ingredient and allergen declarations, storage conditions and shelf life. Agree traceability and testing requirements with the selected producer. Certification documents must cover the relevant product and production site.
Certification scope
Share any organic, food safety, ethical sourcing, Halal or Kosher requirements in your enquiry. Certification scope varies by producer, facility and product. Current documents and suitability for the destination market are reviewed for the selected supply option.
